1) Enrollment
as member in this scheme:
You have to submit your membership proposal. Based on the information
provided by you, your application will be evaluated by our team.
We shall be intimating you about the acceptance or rejection of
application. We may reject your proposal at our sole discretion
without assigning any reason to you. You will not have any right
whatsoever to ask for reasons for rejection of your proposal.
2) Special link to our site:
Acceptance of your proposal for membership in this scheme will be
intimated to you by email. We shall provide you special link code
which you will paste on your site. Any referred traffic coming to
our site through these special links only will be eligible for this
scheme.
3) Responsibility for your site:
You will be solely responsible for operation, maintenance, conduct,
contents and development of your site. You will be responsible for
all aspects (for example)

- For operation,
uptime, technical, software, hardware etc.
- Content
appearing in your site is not violating any third party rights
like copyright, trademarks, service marks, privacy or any other
right)
- Contents
of your site are not in violation of any Indian or foreign laws.
- You will
be responsible for all these & others and we disown all liabilities
arising whatsoever. Further you will idemnify & hold us harmless
for all claims and expenses (without limit) relating to all aspects
of your site.
4) Order Processing:
Order processing for the customers coming to us through special
link on your site will be carried out by us. We shall follow up
through the complete process of finalizing a deal with customer
& providing him services thereafter. We shall provide you details
about progress on customers referred from your site in format &
schedule as per our discretion.
5) Referral Commission:
Referral Commission will be paid to you on all Premium Membership
Charges Realized From the Customers referral throw Special link
on your site only. Referral Commission is payable only on amount
realized net of any taxes & expenses. Rate of referral commission
& payment schedule will be as applicable from time to time.
This is subject to change by us without any prior notice.
6) Policies and Pricing:
All customers registering through this scheme will be deemed to
be customers of careerkhazana.com. They will be governed by Rules,
Regulations, Policies & Prices framed by careerkhazana.com from
time to time without prior notice.
7) Terms of Agreement:
Terms of this Agreement will be operational on acceptance by both
parties to this scheme. With the parties on there own discretion
can terminate this agreement without assigning reason by giving
written intimation. You shall cease to provide any link to our site
upon termination of this agreement. No commission will be payable
for referrals after termination. We reserve our right to hold back
your payment for few days after termination to determine correct
amount.
8) Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend any or all provision of this agreement
at our own discretion without giving prior notice. We can intimate
by posting change notice or new agreement on our site. If you disagree
with the new terms and conditions, your only recourse will be to
withdraw membership of the scheme. Your continuance of membership
will imply your automatic acceptance of new terms & conditions.
9) Limitation
of Liabilities:
We will not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or special
losses and damages in cash & kind arising out of this scheme.
Further, our total liabilities arising out of this scheme will never
exceed the commission amount payable under this scheme under any
circumstances.
10) Standing of both parties:-
CK and you are two independent parties and nothing in this agreement
will create any partnership, employment, agency, franchise, sales
rep., joint venture or any other relation whatsoever between parties.
You will have no authorities to make any offer, presentation or
agreement on our behalf.
11) Disclaimers:
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with
respect to the scheme or any product sold through the scheme. Also,
we make no representation that operation of our site will be error
free or uninterrupted. Further we will not be liable for any error
or interruption. You should go through detailed disclaimer available
on the site link "disclaimer" before submitting your proposal
for membership of the scheme. Your submission of proposal for membership
implies that you have gone through and agree with our "disclaimer"
provisions.
12) Independent Investigation:
While submitting your proposal for membership of the scheme you
acknowledge that you have read and agree to terms and conditions
of this agreement. You have independently evaluated the desirability
of participating in this scheme solely on the basis of representation,
statements and guarantees contained herein. You understand that
we may at our discretion solicit customer referral (Directly or
indirectly) on terms that may differ from those contained in this
agreement and we may operate website that are similar to your website.
13) Miscellaneous:
This agreement will be government by Indian laws with recourse to
rules governing choice of law. Performance of this agreement is
subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
