Experience: 1-4 Years in IT-Recruitment
Location:Chennai
Education: Any Graduate, preferably with Engineering Degree. MBA(HR) would be added advantage

Job Description

• Understanding the latent needs of the given resource requirement for IT/ITES
• Sourcing & Screening resumes through job portals (DICE, Monster, 3rd party), internet, networking
• Coordination with candidates and customers
• Client Relationships, End-to-end recruitment experience

• Willing to work in Shifts and during Weekends
• Able to do Telecalling to US

Essential skills

· Good communication skills must
· Should understand IT skill terminology very well
· Should have worked in Recruitment Software
· Must be well versed with all software terms
· Good client interaction skills
· Ability to generate new customers
. Female candidates will be preferred

· Ability to handle pressure
· Positive attitude
· Willing to work in Shifts
· Willing to work during weekends
· Able to do Telecalling to US
· Quality and Process orientation
