1. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
2. Will be responsible for sales, collections, promotion activities, dealer support and complete operation of region.
3. Coordinate promotional & marketing activities, Launch Programs, Customer Programs/ Doctor’s & Audiologist’s seminars etc. and conferences as and when needed to promote the products.
4. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
5. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
6. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
7. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
8. Create and conduct proposal presentations.
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
